I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2. The controller, by means of organizational and technical facilities, undertakes to make every effort to secure the data entrusted to it, with particular emphasis on data storage reliability.

The controller undertakes to observe the legal basis as specified in the "GDPR" or the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
4. The data entrusted to us are confidential and shall be used for the following purposes:

  • to conclude and execute agreements

In matters not regulated by the Privacy Policy, provision of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC as well as the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
